What makes our competitive performance dance team different?

Entering our 4th season, we are proud to be one of South Jersey's newest award-winning competitive performance dance teams. Our program is built on a commitment to excellence through innovative choreography, current dance technique, and comprehensive athletic training.

We go beyond dance instruction by incorporating Pilates-based conditioning and injury prevention strategies to help dancers build strength, improve flexibility, and perform at their highest level. Our goal is to develop well-rounded, confident performers who excel both on stage and in their overall athletic development.

All new team members are required to complete at least one year of training before becoming full-time Pro 33 Competitive Team members. This ensures each dancer has developed the technical foundation, strength, and performance skills needed to succeed in our competitive program.

Auditions are held on two separate dates at the end of each season. In some cases, private evaluations and placement adjustments may be conducted at the discretion of our directors to ensure each dancer is placed where they will thrive and continue to grow.
